Meet Jules

Jules is a life coach, entrepreneur, and speaker who helps people take action, think clearer, and feel better. She believes that big changes don’t come from grand gestures, but from small, consistent steps that build over time.

In 2019, Jules trained with Animas to become a certified life coach, and in 2021, she earned her ACC accreditationwith the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Today, she helps people align their choices with their values, goals, and strengths. It’s about progress, not perfection.

Her belief in marginal gains was reinforced during her time at the Laureus World Sports Awards, where she worked alongside some of the world’s greatest athletes, learning how small steps can lead to extraordinary results.

Where it all began...

Jules’ entrepreneurial journey began with Squeeze Me Juice and Smoothies in the 2000s. Starting from a market stall in South London, she quickly grew her business, which was stocked by Selfridges, Waitrose, and Ocado, among others. Through this, she learned how small, incremental actions compound to create something big.
